Where Will the Ceremony and Reception Take Place?

Answer

This entire event will take place at Hidden Springs Venue, just 30 minutes East of Chattanooga,TN. The Ceremony will take place in a nice meadow near the lake. The cocktail hour and reception will take place in the climate controlled barn adjacent to the ceremony site.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

The Dress Code for our wedding is going to be "Dressy Casual". Examples: Dresses, skirts, cardigans, nice button ups, polos, dress pants, khakis, suit, etc. Good Hygiene, No leggings, No Jeans, No T-shirts, etc! Feel free to message us if you need more clarification on this topic!

Are Children Invited to the Wedding?

Answer

Although we would love to include the children of all of our friends and family, unfortunately due to budget and spacing restraints we will only be able to accommodate the children of family members to attend the wedding.

Can I Bring a Date or Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, not everyone will be able to bring a plus one. We will only be able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, the envelope holding your invitation will either name another person in your household or it will read "Jane Doe ... AND GUEST". Otherwise we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

When Do I Need to RSVP?

Our RSVP deadline is September 30, 2023! Please make sure to RSVP on time so that we can properly prepare to accommodate everyone comfortably!

What Time Should I Arrive at the Venue?

Answer

Ceremony start time is 5:30 EST. (*** ATTENTION out of town/middle TN friends: this is 5:30PM in EASTERN STANDARD TIME***) Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to ceremony start time. This will allow for time to make sure everyone is able to find the venue, find parking, make their way down to the ceremony site, and find their seating in plenty of time.

Will There be Alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We have hired a wonderful mobile bar that will be serving our guests a preselected list of cocktails, 2 beer options, and 2 wine options. The drinks are on us, The hangover is on you - Get ready to party!

Will There be Transportation To and From the Venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget restraints we are not able to provide lodging and transportation for all guests. We suggest booking a nearby hotel and servicing an Uber or Lyft to get to and from the venue if you think you might want to have a few drinks and not have to worry about sobering up before you leave us (*it may be a good idea to schedule your pick up prior to arrival due to spotty cell service at the venue)! If you decide to drive, we will have plenty of parking available on site!

When Does the Party End?

Answer

Likely around 9:30pm as we will have to have everyone off of the property and the venue cleaned up by 10:00pm.
