Question

Will there be social distancing at the wedding?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be outdoors. There will be ample chairs to social distance during the ceremony and all tables during the reception will be socially distanced.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

Yes, under the current Michigan mandate you will need to wear a mask if you are not eating or drinking. We will have extra masks at the reception in case you need one.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP and select your meal via the RSVP tab on this website by Saturday, August 18th.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Limited street parking and public parking lots are available near the ceremony location in Rocky Gap Park. We encourage guests to car pool if possible. Parking behind Shadowland on Silverbeach reception venue is reserved for guests. All cars must be moved by 10am Saturday morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation to the ceremony will not be provided. Guests are encouraged to car pool to the ceremony as there is limited parking available. A shuttle service will be available to take guests to their hotels from the reception at the end of the night. The shuttle will run from 10pm - 12am and take guests from Shadowland to the hotels listed on the travel page of this website.

Answer

Please notify the bride and groom of any food allergies and we will make special meal arrangements for you.
