FAQs

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

A passport is required for travel to Mexico. Processing times can vary, so we suggest applying early. If it's your first time applying for a passport, you'll need to do so in person. More details can be found here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Attire: Beach Formal This means for guys, a suit is perfect! The tie is optional. A stylish dress for gals is excellent - midi to floor length. Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. You WILL NOT be walking on the sand. Heels are welcome! Wedges are also a good option!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

If you already know whether or not you can't make it, please feel free to let us know as soon as possible. The final RSVP deadline will be indicated once the formal invites are sent.

Question

Can I drink the water in Mexico?

Answer

As a rule of thumb, you should stick to bottled or purified water in Mexico. All of the restaurants and hotels only serve purified water and YES, the ice is safe. The key to good health when traveling ANYWHERE is hydration and sunscreen. For more information, visit: https://www.tripsavvy.com/can-i-drink-water-in-mexico-1589019
