I haven't received my invitation.

You may have been given the link to our website before invitations went out! Formal invites will be sent around the beginning of April!
Question
What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
Please arrive no earlier than 6:05pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Complimentary valet parking will be available on site, however space is limited to ~35cars. We ask that you carpool with family/friends when possible. If you plan to be drinking, please coordinate ahead of time or take an uber!

What is the ceremony dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal. If you would like to coordinate with our color palette, we recommend soft summer colors for women and black for men! Please note: this is not required!

How should I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than June 15th. All RSVPs should be submitted online: https://www.zola.com/wedding/carolyn-joe/rsvp *If we do not receive your rsvp by June 15th, we will assume you won't be able to make it. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Your invitation will tell you how many seats we have reserved in your honor. Due to space and food limitations, we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding be inside or out?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held outside, weather permitting. The dance floor and bar will be inside.

What will the weather be like in the Seattle area?
Answer
This time of year, you can expect sunny skies and temperatures in the 70°s to 80°s. There will be plenty of shade. We recommend a light jacket for the evening. The sun will set around 8:50pm.

All guests must depart the venue no later than 11:30pm

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be passed champagne upon arrival and a cocktail hour after the ceremony with two signature cocktails. There will be an open wine and beer bar during the reception. Unfortunately our venue does not allow a full-service bar.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 9792 11th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98106. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
