You can book a room in the block using the link below until October 6th. 

There will be a shuttle that will run from the hotel to the reception at 3:30 and 4:30pm. The shuttle will then bring guests back to the hotel around 8, 9 and 10pm. 

The best airport to fly in to is Palm Beach International, however there is a train that takes you from Ft Lauderdale International to West Palm if that is more affordable.
