Question

How much time should we allow for bridge traffic?

Answer

Make sure you leave plenty of extra time if you plan on traveling to the Cape on the day of the ceremony/reception! Our ceremony starts at 1:30, so it is likely you would hit peak traffic if you travel in that morning. It is Labor Day Weekend and most rental houses change over on Saturdays, which means lots of traffic. Consider coming in on Friday night instead to avoid it!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the hotel to/from the reception at Willowbend! There is not a shuttle for the church ceremony. More details will be provided when you check into the hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at both the ceremony at Christ the King and the reception at Willowbend Country Club.

What should we do in the time between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Christ the King is located right next to Mashpee Commons which has tons of awesome restaurants/bars, perfect to kill some time with cocktails! Check out our "Things to Do" section of the site for suggestions - we recommend the Naukabout Beer Garden (directly across the street from the church) or Estia which is a 5 min walk!
