Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire is encouraged. Feel free to wear beautiful fall colors if you'd like, as our wedding will be a fall palette.
While we absolutely adore your children, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 18 at our wedding. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you take the opportunity to treat this as a date night!
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Our hope is to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors on Pine Hollow's lovely back patio with outdoor heaters. Because St. Louis weather can change on a dime, both of these events may be held indoors if needed due to poor weather conditions. The cocktail bar will be located indoors, and there will be space for guests to mingle inside and outside. Our wedding reception will be located indoors.
Pine Hollow Farms offers a very large parking lot directly outside the wedding venue for guests. A shuttle bus will also be provided to and from The Wildwood Hotel and Pine Hollow Farms for interested guests. Please see the "Travel" tab for details on the shuttle. If you plan to drink and are not staying at The Wildwood Hotel room block, please utilize services like Uber and Lyft!
If you will be staying at the Wildwood Hotel and arriving on Saturday 11/11, please be aware that check-in does not occur until 4:00PM. This is important because our wedding ceremony begins at Pine Hollow Farms also at 4:00PM. The hotel CANNOT guarantee early check-in for every one of the large number of rooms within our block. We have worked with the hotel staff/management, who have offered the option for guests to store their luggage behind the front desk until after the wedding. After the wedding and upon return to the Wildwood Hotel, guests can check in and pick up their luggage. Additionally, the hotel representative noted there are nice bathrooms in the lobby area for which guests to change into wedding attire after a long drive, to fix hair/makeup, etc.
