3 Michelin Stars by Arnaud Lallement « There’s always a story behind each dish, of the men and women, farmers, fishermen, market-gardeners, or wine-growers — people who share the same passion as I: the passion for products of outstanding quality. Finely seasoned, beautifully cooked, and with a subtle harmony of flavours — that’s the way to respect these products and pay tribute to them. To me, this is what fine cuisine is all about »
2 Michelin Stars Meilleur Ouvrier de France & double Michelin starred, Philippe Mille, elaborated the gourmet menu of "Le Parc" ** with by his side the pastry Chef, Yoann Normand. Le Parc**, the alliance of elegance and refinement of finest French cuisine. A majestic setting which focuses on the French art de vivre, tinged with sophistication and precision creating a cosy atmosphere. At the gourmet restaurant Le Parc **, the slightest detail becomes natural and relaxing.
2 Michelin Stars In the heart of Reims, this small restaurant (no more than 20 places) is where the Japanese chef produces French cuisine strongly inflected with influences from his native Japan. It is lively, tasty, beautifully done, and all the better for the ingredients used being first rate.
1 Michelin Star By Hervé Raphanel. Refined, seasonal French cuisine, tasting menus & champagne in an elegant, contemporary space.
1 Michelin Star Vegetables grown by our own staff, meat delivered daily by our farmer friends, and honey harvested on our grounds make fine dining in our Michelin starred restaurant Le Royal both contemporary and exciting. Chef Rieubland plates his perfectly balanced dishes on custom Maison Fragile china, designed for the resort by Nicolas Ouchenir. Multi-course tasting menus or a la carte meals are paired with wines carefully selected by sommelier Daniel Pires. Our award-winning pastry chef Cédric Servela signs for an unforgettable sweet finale. Each month, our Chef Sommelier takes you to the heart of a Champagne house by pairing each dish with one of their « cuvées ».
Brasserie Opposite Reims's famous crypto portico (a covered gallery or passageway in Roman times), this bistro is run by chef Frédéric Dupont. Good risottos, a sound wine list and attentive service: a good find.
Brasserie with breath taking view on the cathedral
