One Loudoun
Outdoor town center with boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a movie theatre. Our favorite restaurant here is Uncle Julio's who have the best fajitas and margaritas! Next to the Tru Hotel.
Leesburg Premium Outlets
Outdoor shopping outlets including many name brands such as Kate Spade, Nike, Adidas, American Eagle, and more. Close to the Tru Hotel.
Dulles Town Center
Indoor shopping mall with movie theatre, food court, and variety of stores. Close to the Tru Hotel.
Topgolf
Interactive driving range which also serves food/drinks. Great activity for groups, as each bay holds up to 6 people. Can reserve bays ahead of time and request ones next to each other for larger groups. Close to the Tru Hotel.
Tysons Corner Center
Large indoor shopping mall with movie theatre, food court, and easy access via the Silver Line metro! A great place to spend a day with a variety of shops and restaurants (see website for more details). Closest to the Reston Hyatt Hotel.
Reston Town Center
Another outdoor town center that is next to the Reston Hyatt Regency hotel. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a movie theatre.
National Mall- Washington D.C.
The mall is a great central point to explore D.C. from! It is lined with various memorials/monuments, and all the Smithsonian museums are free admission. The easiest metro path is to go to Smithsonian or Capitol South (via Silver line), and then walk from the Capitol building down towards the Lincoln Memorial (Washington Monument is in between).
Georgetown
The nearest metro stop to this cute town is Foggy Bottom-GWU. However, it's a 20 minute walk down to Georgetown waterfront from the metro stop. The high street is lined with lots of shops and restaurants, or you can walk along the waterfront as well. We highly recommend visiting Fishers, Farmers, and Bakers for a meal and going to Baked and Wired for a cupcake afterwards!
