In 2018, Caroline relocated from Tulsa to Houston for her job. Cody was working for the same company in the Houston office. We met playing kickball with work friends and we have been best friends since! Our first date was on September 14, 2019 at Escalante's Fine Tex-Mex & Tequila. It is only fitting to have our wedding in Mexico - spicy margaritas & queso!

How We Met

A casual picnic in Hermann Park with our dog, Cali, turned into the most shocking and greatest surprise. Cody and Cali walked away for a few seconds. When Caroline turned around Cali was running toward her wearing a bandana that read "Will you marry my dad?". Cody dropped to one knee, Caroline screamed and shouted "YES," and we were engaged! 

We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
