Autumn and Caroline have been friends since they were wee babes in 3-year-old ballet and tap. They continued to grow close through a love of art, music, sewing and all sorts of other crafts. Autumn is the most thoughtful and unselfish friend. Though they live in different states now, the friendship is as strong as ever.

Sam and Caroline met in 3rd grade and quickly became friends. That friendship flourished in the Richardson West Jr. High Art Magnet, and even through 9th grade English. Besides being friendly and kind, Sam’s wit and unfazeable additude can turn anyone’s day around. Now they’re several hours apart, but Sam knows how to be a good friend even from afar.

Caroline met Emily when she started at KXII, where they clicked immediately. As KXII’s coolest reporters, they became fast friends as they navigated a high-stress job and endured coworkers’ strong personalities. Caroline is thrilled to have Emily, the most considerate and compassionate friend, by her side in February.

Amber was the first friend Caroline made when she moved to Ardmore in 2020, and Caroline is so thankful. Amber has that rare gift of making anyone feel welcome. From boat rides to hammershlagen, she and Caroline have made warm memories since. Her husband Lin is Austin’s longtime friend too.
