Carolina has always been a sucker for good puns. So the one-liner "I can tell you were Jewish because you ISRAELI cute" was enough to win Carolina over. When they first met, they spent hours talking about family, interests, and values. As they spent more time together, they started making each other laugh, creating fun memories, and supporting each other throughout their journeys and accomplishments

Carolina's family decided to take a summer trip to Roses, Spain and invited Chase to join. It was a picture perfect trip especially considering Carolina's brother, Alan, traveled from Taiwan so they could all be together. One night, Carolina was told the whole family made a reservation to a beach side Michelin-star restaurant. As the men left to go to the "restaurant" early, the girls finished getting ready. Finally, the girls walked onto the beach where they found a beautifully set-up blanket that had rose pedals spelling out "marry me". Immediately, Chase approached Carolina and told her how much he loved her and wanted to spend the rest of his life with her as he got down on one knee. Carolina screamed, cried, and cheered as she said "YES".
