Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

With the ceremony beginning promptly 4:30, we kindly ask that you arrive around 4:15 to ensure you don't miss anything! If you arrive early, there will be light refreshments available (water, lemonade, ice tea) and ample seating area. The air-conditioned cocktail room and restrooms are also available inside beforehand.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Absolutely! The Barn & Vineyard has parking attendants that will help facilitate the parking lot/ensure guest safety. If you or someone you are traveling with has mobility concerns, there will be a golf cart that can shuttle guests from the parking lot to the ceremony location.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes- our ceremony is outdoors in an area that will not be shaded. Dress accordingly! After, the reception will be held in an air-conditioned barn.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but we are keeping our special day as an adults-only affair. Consider it a much needed night out ;)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you don't receive one, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! If indulging with us, please plan your ride accordingly ;)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask you dress formally in cocktail attire; suit, tie, & dress length of your choosing

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please include any type of food allergies when you RSVP. The bride/groom will most likely be following up with you to share more information on your dinner options depending on your allergy.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation provided for those staying at hotels and/or attending our after party. Check out our transportation tab for more info!

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes- if you are interested in extending the party, we will be at Bullpen Luxury Bar & Grill immediately following the reception. See accommodation tab for the address.
