Lefkada
Lefkada town is definitely worth a visit. In the morning wander the pastel-coloured streets of the old town, and enjoy a coffee in the many cafes and indulge in some people watching. In the evening browse the shops on the long pedestrian street that runs the length of the old town, take dinner in one of the many restaurants and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. The area from the main square to the bridge has a cosmopolitan night life that gets busy from 9pm onwards.
Nydri
This famous village is located on the east coast of Lefkada which is only a 5 minute drive from the Di Vecchia family house. Nydri (Nidri) has a seaside location, where the high mountains and the shallow emerald sea meet. Nidri is the largest village in the east, and has one of the most bustling summer life in Lefkada with dozens of restaurants and taverns, coffee bars, souvenir shops, supermarkets, car rental agencies, and other tourism based services. Due to its large port Nidri offers the most boat trips and daily cruises in Lefkada, from where the west coast of Lefkada can be discovered.
Agios Nikitas
Agios Nikitas village is on the west coast of Lefkada, and has an amazing location with lots of authentic Greek island charm. The village nestles around the bay and is built amphitheatrically in a beautiful area full of olive groves and an enchanting landscape. The lush green and the white rocks coexist peacefully at this amazing village. Agios Nikitas is famous for its beautiful landscapes and a pedestrian street leading down to the amazing beach. There are taverns, coffee bars, supermarkets, souvenir stores, and bakeries located within the village.
Vassiliki
Vassiliki is a village located 38 km southwest of Lefkada Town. It lies around the bay, a long pebbled beach (which can be pretty hard on the feet). This beach is famous for its perfect windsurfing and sailing conditions. Water sports facilities and windsurfing clubs renting material are available on the beach. Restaurants are to be found all over Vassiliki, but the focus of nightlight in the evenings is down by the beautiful harbour. The tables run right up to the edge of the harbour - so don’t drop your fork!
Kathisma Beach
One of Lefkada's most loved west coast beaches with its incredible blue sea colours. Kathisma beach offers well organized areas, great beach bars and taverns, and of course many services, surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery. Visit Kathisma beach and you will understand quickly, why this beach is so popular.
Porto Katsiki
Lefkada's most famous beach and it regularly features in magazine articles amongst the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean! Located on the southwestern side of Lefkada, there are 100 steps to access the beach (trust us, this beach is worth it)! The natural beauty of Porto Katsiki offers one of the most impressive themes that Lefkada is famous for. Abrupt white cliffs form a wild yet magnificent backdrop and a unique antithesis with the deep blue waters of the Ionian.
Egremni Beach
This long sandy beach is surrounded by impressive barren cliffs that create a magnificent backdrop. The unique beauty of Egremni has made it one of the most photographed landscapes in the world. The white sand, shiny pebbles and crystal clear waters create an exotic setting that you wont want to miss, as long as you don’t mind walking the 350 step stairs. Trust us it is worth the visit.
Mylos Beach
If you are looking for paradise, head to Mylos beach. Lefkada's best-kept secret can only be accessed by taxi boat from Agios Nikitas beach or by 20 minutes walk following the path from the village over the headland. Both choices have some advantages, and offer totally different experiences for visitors. The turquoise colours of the Ionian Sea are incredible and should not be missed.
Nidri Waterfalls
A picturesque hiking route leads to Dimosari waterfalls, which are the most beautiful waterfalls on the island. Lefkada is famous for its natural beauty, steep white cliffs and mountains with lush vegetation. In the heart of the island there are also pretty waterfalls, which are fed by cool spring waters of the mountains.
Lefkaditiki Gi Winery
Lefkaditiki Gi, a relatively small winery, producing wine only from local grapes. The winery is located in the south east of Lefkada, a Greek island on the Ionian Sea. Enjoy the short tour and sample some of the local wines at this island vineyard.
Ekklisia Profitis Ilias
A tiny church with great panoramic views to the east coastline of Lefkada island. The unique feature of Profitis Ilias Monastery in Lefkada is its location, because it was built on a top of one of the highest mountains in the island. The small church has a small garden, which has one of the best lookouts to the east coast of Lefkada.
Lighthouse Doukato
Cape Doukato is one of the most romantic places in Lefkada island with steep cliffs and a picturesque lighthouse, where amazing panoramic views are guaranteed. Cape Doukato, or known as Cape Lefkatas became one of the most photographed parts of Lefkada, due to its wild scenery and breathtaking views. If you are curious, which is the most southern side of Lefkada, just drive to Cape Doukato! You will meet spectacular panoramas to the island, and if you have arrived, at the end there will be a charm of a real Greek lighthouse.

Hang out at this cool island vibes beach club in Nidri which is close to everything. Experience the summer vibes, comfortable sun beds, amazing food and delicious cocktails. They also do a great brunch!

Sivota bakery is a little cafe, located in Sivota, Lefkada. It is set in a beautiful location on the seafront, with a lovely ambiance. The menu offers various options, suitable for all the times of the day. It serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and drinks.
