Lefkada town is definitely worth a visit. In the morning wander the pastel-coloured streets of the old town, and enjoy a coffee in the many cafes and indulge in some people watching. In the evening browse the shops on the long pedestrian street that runs the length of the old town, take dinner in one of the many restaurants and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. The area from the main square to the bridge has a cosmopolitan night life that gets busy from 9pm onwards.

The village nestles around the bay and is built amphitheatrically in a beautiful area full of olive groves and an enchanting landscape. The lush green and the white rocks coexist peacefully at this amazing village. Agios Nikitas is famous for its beautiful landscapes and a pedestrian street leading down to the amazing beach. Vassiliki is a village located 38 km southwest of Lefkada Town. It lies around the bay, a long pebbled beach (which can be pretty hard on the feet). This beach is famous for its perfect windsurfing and sailing conditions. Water sports facilities and windsurfing clubs renting material are available on the beach. Restaurants are to be found all over Vassiliki, but the focus of nightlight in the evenings is down by the beautiful harbour. The tables run right up to the edge of the harbour - so don’t drop your fork!
