To RSVP, scan the code on the invitation with your phone and follow the link. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click where it says RSVP. Kindly RSVP by Friday, October 20th. If you are unable to attend , we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked at ‘No’ as we will be sending our final headcount to vendors shortly after this deadline.
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list “ (your name) & Guest”. For Families, it will list “(your name) & Family”. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we Are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
Yes! The dress code is semi formal attire we recommend suit and tie and cocktail dresses no jeans please!
Both will be held in doors.
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so I guess or start with those they know.
Yes, there is complementary guest parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue. They will also be transporting you back-and-forth on golf carts to bring you to the venue.
We do not want anyone drinking and driving. As such, they allow guest to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue and pick them up by the next morning. We recommend using ride share apps such as (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking! If you will be joining us back at the hotel we will also have shuttle transportation from there and back to the hotel.
Yes, we offer a shuttle service from the Hilton Garden Inn in Rockaway, to the venue and then after it will pick you up from the venue and bring you back to the hotel.
