How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

What travel documents are required prior to entering and leaving Colombia?

1️⃣ A valid passport is required to enter and exit Colombia. 2️⃣ All travelers 18+ years of age must fill out a pre-registration form (“Check-Mig”) before departure to and from Colombia. Travelers must complete the form at least 1 hour and a maximum of 72 hours before departure. Travelers must show confirmation of registration before boarding. What are the options for spending money in Colombia?

The Colombian Peso (COP) is the currency of the Republic of Colombia. Credit, debit and travel money cards are accepted in fewer places than the US. Most restaurants, bars, and shops only accept cash. Therefore, we recommend bringing US dollars (USD) to exchange for COP (wait to exchange at the hotel; do not exchange at the airport it will be more expensive). 1 US Dollar (USD) is equal to about 4,000 Colombian Pesos (COP) depending on the day. You can quickly estimate the conversion to US Dollars (USD) by dividing by 4,000. For example, if something costs 60,000 COP, you will pay about 15 USD.
