How We Met
Spring 2018
We met on the first day of the spring semester of 2018. Carlos was running late and there was a spot open next to me. We exchanged a quick hello but didn't talk to each other again for a few more weeks. We realized we had a mutual friend in the class and decided to sit on either side of her. Several weeks later, our mutual friend didn't show up to class (thanks Valeria!) and we had no choice but to talk to each other. Conversation flowed and we truly enjoyed getting to know each other. From that moment on, we began grabbing lunch together after class and shortly became inseparable.
