Roger and I worked together at Nekter Juice Bar in Cornelius, NC. All the workers had to introduce themselves and Roger said he loved fishing back in his home state of Idaho. Right then and there I knew I was going to like this guy. Each day at work he kept on making the comment that he really wanted to go get noodles....... I finally said "Roger...do you want to go get noodles together?" and to this day we go to Kung Fu in Huntersville, NC almost weekly to go get our noodles. Guess i had to make the first move ;)

We had been planning this west coast road trip for about a year. Starting in Glacier, to North Cascades, Mt. Rainier, and to Olympic. We were hiking Grinnell Glacier Trail at Glacier NP, about a 6 mile hike. At the top I said we should put our phone on the tree to take a picture. Roger grabs his phone, and puts it up on the tree, little did I know he was actually taking a video not a timed picture. He grabs the ring out of his pocket, nervously gets down on one knee and asks me to marry him. So happy we were able to have our B Bug with us on this special day.
