We’re getting married!

High school sweethearts, Carley and Brendan met in 2016 when Carley heard Brendan was looking for a date to his Junior Prom after his date canceled on him the day before the prom. Carley offered to be Brendan’s date to the prom, but unfortunately Brendan already found another date. Carley continued to seek interest in Brendan, and Brendan further pursued the relationship when he asked her on a date the following week to go out to dinner at the Outback: the rest was history. 
 Since Carley and Brendan started dating at the young age of 16 & 17, they truly got to experience growing up together. They have experienced several milestones together such as: both their highschool graduations, raising two English bulldogs, started living together at 18, Carley going to nursing school & becoming an RN, Brendan going to Saint Anselm and graduating with a degree in accounting, traveling the world, Brendan enlisting into the Army, and that’s just to list a few. They recently just purchased their first home together as well. Together, they have grown up together and helped push one another into becoming the best version of themselves.

On Brendans 21st birthday, he made the decision that he was going to buy an engagement ring for Carley. He took Karen (his soon to be mother-in-law) out shopping for a ring, where he picked the most jaw-drawing ring that would leave Carley speechless. Brendan wanted to wait for the absolute perfect moment to ask for Carley’s hand in marriage. After waiting nearly 7 months to master a plan to pop the question- Brendan surprised Carley at her favorite place in the world, surrounded by her favorite people in the world. It happened on June 19th, 2021 in Cape Cod, MA, on the beach that they spend every summer at with Carley’s family. Brendan was able to sneakily invite all of Carley’s closest friends to be there for the proposal. It was truly the perfect moment, and it meant the world to them to be able to share such a beautiful milestone in their relationship with all their closest friends and family.
