Through the travel agency you can book both your room and flight. However, it is not necessary, flights can be booked separately. 
To get to the resort, we recommend flying to Puerto Vallarta International Airport and taking a shuttle to the resort. 

Grand Palladium Vallarta resort and spa is located about 45 min. from the airport. By booking your hotel with the agency it includes a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Please double check with the agency to confirm your shuttle.
