Yes! There will be shuttles from the Holiday Inn, Wooden Duck and Residence Inn by Marriot to the chapel, then to the reception and back to the hotels.
Yes! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be on the chapel lawn overlooking the lake! There are lots of trees that should shade us for the ceremony. There are two bathrooms in the chapel which are handicap accessible.
We have many guests joining us this weekend so if you're planning on driving, please carpool if you can. There's a small parking lot across the road from the chapel as well as street parking on Lower North Shore Road and surrounding small streets on the lake.
Yes! We will be having cocktail hour and the reception outside under a tent, next to a beautiful pond.
Garden Party Attire simply means wear what dress or khakis/slacks/nice shorts and nice button down or collared shirt you're comfortable in for a summer day keeping in mind you're heading to a wedding.
While we can't predict the weather, we're praying for a sunny mild July day and we welcome additional prayers! Maybe mid 80s during the day and cool 70s when the sun sets at about 8:30.
Yes! There's a large shale parking area with a short walk to the tent. Anyone who needs assistance or can't walk on uneven ground can be dropped off down the hill by the tent.
While we would love to include your whole family at our wedding, we're keeping it kid free. If you're needing to travel with your little ones for the weekend, please reach out to Carey or Eric for info. We'll have babysitters at the reception location.
We want every guest to have a meal they can enjoy safely at our wedding!
