We met in high school in Mrs. Steinen's Sociology class. She seated us next to one another constantly (probably on purpose) and we got to know each other through many essays, jokes, and debates. We started talking and hanging out outside of school and then became a couple. After dating for a while, we went to prom together, went to nearby colleges, and then moved in together. After all of that, we both became teachers in nearby school districts and bought a cute little house together. We now share our lake house with a dog and three cats and are so excited to move on to the next chapter in our lives! Over the past ten and a half years, we have shared many wonderful moments and adventures and we are blessed to be able to share our lives with one another for many years to come!

After 10 years of dating, Andrew decided to finally pop the question! We took the trip of a lifetime to Europe with Danielle's family. A few days into the trip, we all took a tour of some of the most famous palaces and castles in Germany. We traveled on a luxury bus and saw many amazing sights and enjoyed cold beers together. On the bridge overlooking the Neuschwanstein castle, Andrew got down on one knee and proposed. For a man who is not the most romantic person, Andrew knocked this one out of the park. It was perfect in every way and we will remember that trip forever!
