Please plan to arrive about 10-15 mins prior to the celebration time so you have time to park and make your way over to the designated area.
Oakholm Farm Estate and Oakholm Brewery are at the same address. When you see the big main “Oakholm Farm Estate” sign, drive down the entrance and straight to park along the far fence line. There is a walkway down towards the water/reception area where you will see the tent. There will also be a chalkboard directing everyone in the parking lot.
We love your children but this will be a strictly adults only celebration. Take the night off and enjoy a Mom and/or Dad night out!
Only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.
First we would like to say that we want nothing more than you wearing what your heart desires to come ready to celebrate and dance the night away! We recommend Garden Attire, or some may call Business/Dressy casual. This entails any sort of sundress, jumpsuit, skirt/blouse and any sort of light hue suits or dress pants with button down shirt.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline of March 2nd 2025, we will have to automatically mark you as "NOT ATTENDING". We will definitely miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with the final guest count within the time frame they give us. Thank you for understanding!
To keep it fun, and in light of Cinco De Mayo (which is our anniversary!), there will be a taco food truck. They will be offering a vegetarian option as well as a separate space to cook gluten free option. The food truck will be available for all our guest to enjoy from 5:30pm - 9pm Please let us know immediately if there are any allergens we need to be aware of.
There will be a cash bar for you to purchase drinks. Please be responsible and plan for arrangements back home if needed.
Yes we have a discounted wedding block reserved at a hotel near the venue for our guests to book if they wish to do so. The discounted rate ends March 8th so please be sure to book before then! A shuttle service will be picking up guest from the hotel at 445pm (leaving promptly at 5pm) to bring to the venue and will pick everyone back up starting at 930pm to bring back to the hotel. With all that we have, your presence is all that we request but if you would still like to give us a gift, we are respectfully requesting a monetary donation to be made towards our dream honeymoon. We have the honeymoon fund under the "Registry" tab on our website that you are currently viewing. This would not be forgotten and greatly appreciated!
