The venue requires that all guests arrive on site via shuttle bus. There will be two shuttles, one from each of the two hotels that have rooms blocked under our event.
The Hampton Inn: use code BDW when calling to make a room reservation. Shuttle departs from The Hampton Inn at 2:30 pm.
