Tommy and Cara's journey began on the North Shore of Oahu, where they crossed paths briefly. Fate seemed to have more in store for them as they found themselves running into each other frequently, courtesy of their shared attendance at UH Manoa and mutual friends. It was on Valentine's Day in 2017 when Tommy asked Cara on their first official date, setting the stage for a love story that would span seven years. Now, in 2024, they are not only celebrating the milestone of their enduring relationship but also preparing to embark on a new chapter as they tie the knot.

In December 2022, against the backdrop of a Southern California sunset, Tommy proposed to Cara. The proposal took place at one of their favorite SoCal locations, the Getty Museum, offering a panoramic view of Los Angeles. Tommy was getting anxious as he continuously asked Cara if she wanted to take a picture before the sun set, and for once in her life she was not in the mood. The proposal was a huge surprise, as only the closest confidants- Tommy and Cara's parents and siblings- knew of the plan. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
