Please RVSP by June 16, 2025! Kindly ensure you RSVP if you plan to attend. We are required to provide guest names to the security office at the main entrance of the country club. If we do not have you confirmed on our guest list, your name will not be registered with security, and, unfortunately, entry cannot be permitted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a seamless process on wedding day!
We kindly request semi-formal attire for our celebration. For gentlemen, this includes a suit jacket or blazer paired with dress pants; a tie is optional but welcome. For ladies, a cocktail dress is perfect. Our wedding will take place both indoors and outdoors during the summer, so we encourage attire that is both polished and comfortable for the season.
The ceremony will be be outdoors, with cocktail hour and the reception hosted indoors and on a covered veranda at the clubhouse.
Guests are kindly asked to park in the Pro Shop parking lot, located off Steelwood Ridge Road and Dogwood Grove, just before reaching the Clubhouse. A shuttle service will be available from 3:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. to transport guests to the Clubhouse. To ensure everyone is seated before the ceremony begins at 5:00 p.m., we encourage all guests to arrive during the shuttle service window. As you enter the country club, you will pass through the guard shack at the entrance. The attendants there will be able to assist you with directions to the parking lot if needed. If you would like to drop off a guest at the Clubhouse before parking, there is a loop located in front of the Clubhouse available for convenient drop-off. Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Due to venue capacity, plus ones will be specified on your invitation. We kindly ask for your understanding and appreciate you respecting our wishes as we create an intimate celebration.
