It's Time!

We met at the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic during lockdown through a mutual friend and hit it off immediately. Tandem would come over to Candy's apartment after work every day with ice-cream from the ice-cream truck or flowers. On our first date, we decided to jump in the car and drive up and down main street, listening to each others favorite songs and music genres. During the drive, our conversation lead to deep, emotional connections and we both immediately knew it was "meant to be". A few weeks later, on June 7th, on his way out of Candy's apartment, he asked "so.. do you maybe want to be my boyfriend?" to which Candy responded "Only if you'll be mine". The rest is history :)
