Please please keep all of your contact information up to date so that formal invitations can be sent! RSVP reminders will be sent through e-mail. If you need to update your e-mail address or physical address use this link: https://www.zola.com/addr/9BVAqj5vw
Absolutely! A RSVP is REQUIRED to attend our wedding. Additionally, only invited guests will be able to RSVP. Note: If you missed the RSVP deadline September 1st unfortunately you are not on our list to attend the wedding.
If this happens please change your RSVP status and inform Candace or Keenen as soon as possible. If you are unsure about attending by the deadline please RSVP “No” for your attendance.
We would love for everyone to attend and share our special day with us but due to venue capacity restrictions we have a limited guest list. Unless explicitly stated on your RSVP response, plus ones are not allowed and no exceptions will be made. Note: If you are allowed a plus one, your RSVP response via the website will specifically have their name.
Although we love and adore everyone’s children, this will be a kid free ceremony and reception. Only the children in the wedding party will be in attendance. This is a 21 and up celebration and we want you to be able to fully enjoy a night out with us! If this restriction prevents you from attending, we understand.
Of course! There will be Hors d’oeuvres served during cocktail hour and a plated dinner will follow at the reception.
Yes! There will be an open bar that will serve Wine, Beer and a Signature Cocktail. Please drink responsibly!
The venue has free parking on site. Please consider carpooling if possible as well as taking the free shuttle if staying at Hyatt House Raleigh/RDU/Brier Creek.
This is a formal event and formal attire is required. No jeans, athletic wear or tennis shoes will be allowed.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. The doors will be closed before the start of the ceremony and guests will then not be allowed to enter until after the ceremony ends. Please plan to arrive accordingly!
The wedding ceremony will be unplugged, meaning you will need to refrain from taking taking photos during that time. Once Candace & Keenen both are at the altar, our officiant will announce a “Media Minute” when you will be allowed a moment to take photos. After that time we ask that you put your phones and cameras away and allow our hired photographer and videographer to capture our ceremony. You are more than welcome to take any photos and videos during the reception. Please use our hashtag #MatchMadeInHerring
