Please arrive between 4:15 - 4:30pm. Do not come before that time, there will be no accommodations until that time. Please do not arrive after that time, the ceremony will be in procession.
The Ceremony and Reception are all being held on the lower level. The stairs that are right in front of the main entrance doors of the hotel can be taken or you can take the elevator down to the Cortez level. The elevators are to the left around the corner.
Please put your phone on silence or leave it in the room and refrain from taking pictures/videos during the ceremony. We have a photographer and a videographer capturing all the moments. We want you to be present during the ceremony. You can have your phone on during the cocktail hour and reception.
NO. Please respect our wishes to have a completely unplugged ceremony. We will share the professional photos and videos with you as soon as we have them.
Due to everyone traveling, we would like to not have to bring or ship anything. If you feel obligated to get us anything, please refer to our registry and that will be sent to our house.
The hotel does have elevator services that go to all the floors needed. You can take the elevator directly down from your room to the space where the wedding will be held. If you are not staying at the hotel, go around the left side and there is a hallway on the right with the elevators located there.
Yes, but it is only valet style parking available. There is a day of discount for $15, only for the day of the wedding. Any day before or after the wedding, the valet is $59 per day. There are plenty of parking garages right in that area that are priced very low. I would recommend that option over valet.
