Aaron added Megan on Facebook randomly one day by a “recommended friend” suggestion. Megan let that friend request sit there for about 6 months, even forgetting about it, before one day saying “Ef it” and accepting it. Aaron was out of town in California of all places at that time, doing over the road truck driving. From that point forward, we talked every single day up until meeting, then spent every time he was home together. Eventually moving in together, and the rest is history.

Funny enough, Megan knew all about it before hand. Aaron & Megan customized the ring together, and ordered it to be sent. Megan told Aaron that he absolutely still had to propose properly. Megan got home from work one day, knowing the ring had arrived, but not knowing when he would decide to do it. He let her sweat about it, and while she was sitting at the counter filling out some paperwork, he dropped down next to her and asked, to which she said, “It’s about time! Yes!”
