Yes you absolutely need to let us know if you will be attending or not. It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating and reception meals. If we do not get and RSVP back by the date that is provided (12/11/23), it will be marked as a "NO". (Also, you will not be able to see the address if you do not RSVP)
That means you have not RSVP'd please do so with the QR code on your invititation or go to the RSVP page.
Only the indicated amount of people may attend the wedding. Your invite should say how many seats we saved for you. Please do not bring any extra guests.
Semi formal/ formal attire is requested. Some examples are: Pants/slacks and button ups/polos for men. Dress/jumpsuits/skirts and blouses for the women. (Just no WHITE/IVORY!)
Our Ceremony will officially begin at 4:00 pm. We suggest arriving around 3:30pm sharp, so you can comfortably park, find a seat, and settle in before we say "I DO"
Yes! Our venue has a large parking area for wedding guests, with a short walk to the ceremony, and right next to the hall where the reception will take place. Once you arrive to the location, there will be signs to guide you where to park!
Please no phones during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer that will be capturing the perfect angle, and we don't want any risk of phones being in the way of the shot. The video will be posted to the website after the fact and on social media, for those who could not attend to watch. But please take many photos during the reception, we would love to see that many point of views.
We will provide a fully open bar with beer, cocktails, and a selection of red and white wines. Non alcoholic drinks/mixers will be behind the bar as well for those who don't drink. Please drink responsibly and respectfully.
Our reception will end music at 10pm, we will have our exit and say our goodbyes.
