IMPORTANT: There are limited rooms available within a hotel block at the Holiday Inn Express. Guests must call the hotel directly at 434-985-1855 and ask to book with the Gibson/Henderson Wedding.
Other hotels are recommended below - we suggest booking ASAP as there is a UVA event that weekend.
The rehearsal dinner will be in Charlottesville and the wedding venue, Guildford Farm, is in nearby Ruckersville. Charlottesville has more accommodation options but both have places to stay.
If flying in, you can fly into Washington, DC, Richmond, VA, or Charlottesville, VA and drive depending on flight options from your hometown.
If you live in-state, the party shouldn't go too late in case you want to drive home the night of the wedding! Parking is available at the venue so we encourage you to carpool or Uber if you plan to drink. Some recommended van/limo rental companies will also be listed below!
Please plan to stay somewhere you can get home to safely.
