Might change a little bit depending on the day- hoping for sunshine. :)
Parking at Fort Monroe is a little interesting. You can park on the side street Ingalls Road or behind the visitor’s center at 30 Ingalls Road Fort Monroe, VA 23651. Once you walk to the front of the house 33 Fenwick Road Fort Monroe, VA 23651 the ushers will greet you and take you to the back of the mansion where the ceremony will take place. The ushers can lead you to two restrooms inside the mansion. (photo from Google Maps)
