Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Wedding ceremony/reception parking will be via shuttle as the Harvey House has very limited parking. Please park behind the Idyllwild Brewpub at the lot at the very far end of the drive and the shuttle will pick you up. Directions are below or on the picture above. 1) From the Harvey House parking lot, turn left onto South Circle Drive. 2) Make the very first left onto Village Center Drive. 3) Make the next immediate left at the driveway with "Butterfield Amphitheater - Brewery Parking" sign and follow that road towards the furthest lot (this is an unnamed road). 4) Shuttle will pick up guests about every 5 minutes. NOTE: If you turn into the Strawberry Creek Shopping Plaza, you have gone too far. Parking is in the lower parking lot behind the Idyllwild Brewpub.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Semi-formal attire, please. No color palette required of guests. Bring a light sweater/shawl or jacket for the evening if you tend to get cold easily.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Idyllwild is currently forecasted for a high of 83 and low of 60 degrees on July 5th. The temperature should be around 80 degrees at the time of the ceremony and between 65-75 degrees during the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love kids. All children are welcome.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the parking lot adjacent to the Idyllwild Brewpub parking lot by 3:45 P.M. so that you can be shuttled to the venue in time for the start of the ceremony.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not registered anywhere. We were blessed to have been able to purchase a home last summer, but would appreciate any Lowe's or Home Depot gift cards or cash towards our many necessary home improvement projects or towards our honeymoon!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are serving gluten free tacos for dinner and also have a vegan taco option as well as rice and beans. If you have a limiting food allergy, please let us know and we'll see if we can accommodate you.
