Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We sure do! We have secured blocks at two local hotels, Hotel Emery and Hotel Indigo! Please see the "Travel" page of our website for details on how to book with the Smallman/Anderson wedding block. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Is there parking at Hotel Emery?

Answer

Hotel Emery offers valet parking (accessible via the S 4th St entrance) for $49/day or $25/half day. There is a public parking ramp across the street (150 S 5th Street) that is $25/day or $7/hour and is connected to the hotel via skyway. There are other parking ramps located nearby.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon and Crate & Barrel! We also have cash funds set up through Zola. Check out the “Registry” tab to see more!

Are my kids welcome?

Answer

If your Save the Date or Invitation is addressed to "The ___ Family", all members of your family unit, including kids, are welcome!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your Save the Date or Invitation is addressed to "(Your Name) and Guest", you can bring a plus one! Please be sure to include their full name when you RSVP!

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP no later than April 19th in order for us to finalize the details of our day! The “RSVP” tab on this website will direct you to our virtual RSVP page.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are asking that our guests wear semi-formal attire and refrain from wearing any shades of white.

What’s the venue information?

Answer

Our wedding is at The Luminare - 770 SE 9th Street, Minneapolis, MN.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a free parking lot next to our venue with a sign that says “The Luminare”. There is a sidewalk that brings you from the parking lot to the front door of the venue. The Luminare is also a short uber/lyft ride from our suggested hotels.

How can I let you know about my allergy/accommodation needs?

Answer

When you fill out our online RSVP form, there will be a section where you can let us know about any food allergies, restrictions, or accommodations you may need.

The RSVP page doesn’t have a section to choose meal preferences. What are we eating?

Answer

We are having tacos! (Who doesn’t love tacos?!) Please let us know about any allergies/restrictions when you RSVP!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We are hosting an open bar with several beer, wine, and liquor options. We will also have soda, an infused water station, and coffee and tea available!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:45pm to ensure that you can grab a welcome drink and get settled! The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are being held indoors. There is a patio where people can get some fresh air (and take cute photos)!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from being on your phone or taking photos during the ceremony. After the ceremony, we encourage you to take photos to capture the memories and help us document the night!

Is the Bride changing her name after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Monique will officially be changing her last name to Anderson after the couple is married.
