Brittany was the “new girl” at school so I was curious to see who she was, then she walked into my 8th grade math class. She was shy but I broke the ice and we quickly became friends after having a few classes together. We would joke and laugh about everything in class when we stould have been paying attention. As we approached the end of the school year, we began to discuss summer plans and she gave me her number. We were best friends for years to follow and stayed in touch no matter how far apart. We always knew we'd be friends forever but now we're together and the rest is history.

On Christmas morning his parents surprised us with an unexpected visit & gifts. When opening the gift I noticed there were personalized shirts inside with our pictures that read, “Future Mr. & Mrs. Calloway” accompanied with personalized wine glasses. Before I could put the shirt down DeAndré was already on his knee ready to pop the question. He gave a sweet speech & of course I said “YES”!! It was a special Christmas moment that we were happy to share with his parents and my grandfather. Now we’re getting married and we can’t wait to share new memories that with the rest of our friends and family!
