Although we love your kids, we ask that you keep your little ones at home.

Your preliminary RSVP and formal invitation will indicate the number of invites included in your party.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend both the Islander Inn and Ocean Isle Inn as these are both hotels within 1.5 miles of the venue, and we also have room blocks at both hotels. The room blocks require guests to stay June 7-9. We highly encourage you to book as soon as possible as rooms during the summer months are very limited. Be sure to check out the lodging page for more info regarding obtaining reservations. Unfortunately, many VRBOs and AIRBNBs don't rent for less than a week during peak season, but it doesn't hurt to check. There is also a Best Western in Shalotte, NC about 10 miles from the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. However, we highly suggest taking the trolley service that we have rented. The trolley will be available to pick guests up at their place of stay and deliver them to the venue, as well as deliver them back to there place of stay at the conclusion of the evening. We will be coordinating pick up times and guests addresses as the date approaches.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on the beach below the Isles Beach Club. Following the ceremony, the cocktail hour will be held on the balcony of the Isles Beach Club and the reception will be held inside the West Banquet Hall of the Isles Beach Club.
