January 2020 seems like a lifetime ago for most, but this is when Callahan supposedly met Hunter for the first time, so says Hunter. If you ask Callahan they didn't actually meet for the first time until her first Keys Trip with UT scuba in May of 2020. And by meet, she means, she has no recollection of him teaching her scuba class for the whole semester. What she remembers was that they had one surface level conversation over some key lime pie at Keys Bites, forshadowing? We are pretty sure. Fast forward to Halloween 2020, and this is where it really all began. Then came hunting season 2020 and Callahan realized she loved hunting as much as Hunter does. COVID didn't slow them down one bit. There was the trip back to the Keys New Years 2021 and then to Arkansas in February, our story really has wrote itself. A year later in December 2021 we moved to the Florida Keys and had that very same key lime pie, at that very same table in Keys Bites. Our time in the Keys was always something we will remember, as it is where we also took our first picture. Now we are back in Maryville, Tennessee and would love to celebrate with you on the farm that we plan to put roots down on one day!
