Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 4:30 for the ceremony. If you are late, we will never let you live it down.

Is the ceremony outside?
Answer
Yes! Our ceremony will take place outside as long as the weather permits. Our ceremony area does have gravel. This may cause some difficulties with select shoe types. Our reception will take place inside.
Question
May we use phones or tablets at the wedding ceremony?
Answer
No! Please refrain from using any tablets, phones, or cameras at our ceremony. We will be having a unplugged ceremony. We will have professional photographers and videographers to capture those special moments. We will be happy to share the photos and videos once we receive them

What colors should I avoid wearing?
Answer
Please refrain from wearing orange, green, and white. If you show up in white we will have a neon colored shirt for you to put over your dress and we photograph it and have proof forever LOL. White dress shirts for men are okay.

Are dates allowed?
Answer
We have indicated on your invitation if a guest has been allocated. Unfortunately we could not allow everyone a guest due to the maximum amount of people our venue allows. We hope you understand.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes there is a parking lot at the venue, but there is NO parking overnight

Can we make an announcement or proposal?
Answer
We please ask that no one makes any surprise special announcements or proposals during the event. We want to be able to celebrate those special moments with you and want that time to be special just for you!

Are kids welcome?

We have indicated on your invitation if we have allocated space for children. The venue does have a strict limit of guests allowed. Please reach out to Kenny or Caitlyn with questions regarding this

Can we bring activities for the younger children to stay occupied

Our venue has a strict policy of no crayons, markers, coloring pencils, or anything of that nature so please refrain bringing them for your children

Do you have a hotel block anywhere?

Yes! Please see our travel page for all information regarding staying in the area

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No, we do not have transportation available from the hotel to the ceremony

Is the bar cash or open?
Answer
We made an agreement we would not get married until we could have an open bar. Since were getting married you can expect the bar to be open :)

Will shots be allowed at the wedding?
Answer
Please be advised our venue has a no shot policy. -We recommend trying to order your liquor clean on the rocks. This may be the best chance of getting shots.

Do you have a specific food allergy?
Answer
Please inform Kenny or Caitlyn in regards to any food allergies so we can let the venue know. We will try our best to accommodate.
