Our Wedding is at the beautiful Springs Event Venue in Valley View, Texas. 7794 FM-922 Valley View, TX 76272
We met in the 7th grade almost 7 years ago. At that point, we were just classmates in Mrs. Gorman's Pre-Algebra class. Slowly but surely, we became friends. Over the next 2 years, we would have inside jokes and go to Six Flags almost every weekend with our friends. We got to know each other and build a solid foundation without the intention of something more. That is, obviously, not how the story ended. During the summer before our freshman year, we started talking about the NBA Finals. Texting turned to calling, which led to Facetimes almost every day. When the school year hit, we both could tell the chemistry was a little different than it was the year before. We still had our inside jokes and we still went to Six Flags with our friends, and we still talked every day. When homecoming season rolled around, Ethan asked me to the dance AND declared his undying love for me. The rest is history.
He planned a surprise date to the Chandor Gardens in Weatherford on a Tuesday morning. It was a beautiful place, with intricate walkways, abundant greenery, and even a small waterfall. As we began to walk around, we came upon a small arched bridge. I leaned over the edge to look at the koi swimming below, and when I turned to look at Ethan, he grabbed my hands and told me all the reasons he loved me. Then, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. As he was putting the ring on my finger, a photographer emerged from the bushes to capture the moment and some more pictures afterward.
