we're getting married!

We met through our siblings, Cole Lettieri and Ashlyn Lee. One night out in May 2018, we both decided to go to Lottie's Pub with our siblings. Little did we know that they would introduce us, we'd get a drink, and dance the night away together. Corey ran out of extensions on April 27th, 2023, when he asked me to go to a "work event" downtown Chicago. Of course, I said yes, anyone who knows me knows I'll never turn down a steak dinner. With 24 hours' notice, I went downtown and while I was on my way, I received a phone call from Corey asking for my ETA. He then suggested I meet him so we can ride together to the event. It was when Corey told me the updated destination that I realized it was REALLY happening... the destination was Castaways at North Avenue Beach. When I arrived, Corey sent me a map telling me where to meet him. As most know, I am pretty directionally challenged, so you might guess that I went the wrong way... luckily, Corey called me and nicely reminded me that the pier is the thing that sticks out on the water. :) Corey got down on one knee and proposed!
