Elijah and Caitlyn started talking in September of 2018 after Caitlyn asked James (Elijah's best man) for Elijah's snapchat because she thought he was cute. They haven't stopped talking since that day almost 2000 days ago (thanks snap streaks). It was their senior year of high school and although they went on dates they thought it was stupid to start dating senior year so they didn't make it official until two months later. In August of 2019, the point they were dreading came and they went medium distance when Elijah started his Freshman year at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA and Caitlyn began her freshman year at Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. That didn't last very long because in 2021 Elijah transferred to Georgia State (GO PANTHERS!) and moved to Atlanta. Elijah and Caitlyn have worked together, gone to school together and lived together all at the same time and can really say they are meant to be after spending that much time with each other. They love traveling together, trying new foods, spending time with their families and most of all chilling at home with their two dogs, Honey and Buddy. In January of 2023, Elijah took Caitlyn to Piedmont Park in Atlanta and proposed. They are so excited to finally be engaged and can't wait to have an amazing wedding weekend with all of you!
