Pike Place Market

A Seattle institution! Check out Mee Sum Pastry-- we love to get the hom bao curry beef and BBQ pork! Grab a drink at Rachel's Ginger Beer and watch some guys throw fish around for some reason! (There's a gum wall... we think it's kinda gross but check it out if you're into that!)

Vashon Island

Take a short ferry over to Vashon if you're renting a car! See a cute little town with nice bakeries, a farmer's market, and beaches, as well as a scenic view of Seattle and the Olympic mountains.

A beautiful place to take a long walk!

Don't be scared by the name-- great place for a medium difficulty hike with amazing views of the Cascade mountains.

Golden Gardens Park

If you like winding trails and views of the Puget Sound, this is a great place for a long walk! Definitely on the easier side as far as Seattle hikes go!
