GPS: Beach Place Guesthouses pops up at two separate Cocoa locations, please be sure that your map is set for the location on SOUTH Atlantic. Parking: The venue has limited parking for overnight guests only so for those staying offsite and planning to drive, there are parking lots a short walking distance away on 13th Street South, 14th Street South, and 15th Street South. * 13th Street parking is supposed to be free. Payment Kiosks are located in the 14th and 15th Street lots and parking is enforced from 7am-7pm at $3 an hour or $10 a day.
