Check-In at Camp Richardson Resort

1900 Jameson Beach Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA
Camping is complimentary and covers both Friday and Saturday night! If you prefer not to camp, you can reserve a hotel room with Camp Richardson Resort (530) 494-2228. There are camp bathrooms and showers and running water. This camp site is within walking distance to the Camp Richardson Resort Bar & Grill (free live music every day!) and a short walk to Lake Tahoe! One vehicle is allowed per site. Please let us know in your RSVP who is riding with you if you plan to camp with us. There is day use Forest Service parking if you do not plan to camp with us. The Forest Service charges a small fee for parking, so please be prepared. If you are staying at a hotel on site, there will be an overnight parking spot for you, and you will not need to use the Forest Service parking. If you are staying off site, you will need to pay the day use parking fee. If you are staying off site, we recommend ride sharing or Uber to Camp Richardson Resort to avoid possible parking complications.

Wedding Ceremony

Dress how ever you want to! If you are feeling adventurous, dress like a Viking!!
Our Wedding Ceremony will be at the Lakeview Ceremony Site at Camp Richardson Resort! This will be an outdoor venue, so please dress accordingly. The ceremony will begin at 4 pm. Feel free to arrive early if you would like extra time to get comfortable and/or if you need to find parking. There is day use Forest Service parking if you do not plan to camp with us. The Forest Service charges a small fee for parking, so please be prepared. If you are staying at a hotel on site, there will be an overnight parking spot for you, and you will not need to use the Forest Service parking. Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

We will be enjoying some very special live music during Cocktail Hour! Cocktail Hour will be at the Boat House at Camp Richardson Resort. We will be giving out tokens for two complimentary beverages per person. If you would like to start your own tab, you are welcome to do that as well. Cheers!
Reception & Dinner
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
1900 Jameson Beach Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA
This will be a complimentary buffet-style dinner at the Boat House at Camp Richardson Resort. Stay tuned for what is on the menu! It will likely be a traditional steakhouse style dinner. Please let us know in your RSVP if you have dietary restrictions or if you are vegetarian or vegan so that we can accommodate special diets. Thanks!
DJ & After Party
7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
1900 Jameson Beach Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA
If you like to dance, now is the time! We will have a live DJ at the Boat House at Camp Richardson Resort for our After Party. Please note that no outside food or beverages are allowed in the Boat House Reception Area. Please keep all outside food and drink at your campsite or hotel.
