Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress as nicely as you wish! Cocktail attire, your favorite kilt, whatever you wear when everyone else has a suit on but you refuse to own one... We want you to celebrate with us without worrying about being fancy enough.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, it's all in one building with ample parking and an ADA accessible front entrance.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

This is a one day affair. We do not have any plans for an engagement party, rehearsal, present opening, or any other of the traditional extra events.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! Just RSVP for the correct number of people, please, and we'll be happy to see you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! ... but we'd feel terrible if you didn't know this is a small country club on a rural road, with no other activities/amenities for children on the property or within walking distance. We love children, so we want everyone from out of town to know that before you decide what's best for your family.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! The bride is a restaurant manager, meaning she has training on food allergies and a knowledge of how country clubs order and prepare food. Please reach out to her right away to so she can discuss your needs with the reception hall.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotels, AirBnBs, and VRBOs in Marinette and Peshtigo, Wisconsin and Menominee, Michigan will be closest for you.

Question

We go to different churches. What do I need to know before the ceremony?

Answer

Please join us for pre-ceremony refreshments at the time listed on your initiation. Seating will then be in the hall venue, with an officiant and seating resembling that of a church you may be accustomed to attending. This will be a brief spiritual ceremony, with elements of importance to the bride and groom. The ceremony will be officiated by minister who is a friend of the couple.

Question

Some folks have a cash bar, some folks have a host bar. You can never tell anymore. Which do I plan for?

Answer

Coffee and soda are on us!
