We’re getting married!

We meet in middle school. He was an 8th grader and I was a 7th grader. He caught my eye the first time I saw him. Later we both ended up in the same high school where he slide into my DM and we started talking on and off. I never truly gave him the time of day to take me out on a date. New Year’s Eve of 2014 he asked me out to take me on a date. Of course my mother said no lol I was only 14. We continued talking and never really went on a date. Five years later he randomly walks into my job and we reconnected. We were both surprised on seeing each other. He was so nervous checking out. He asked for my number and asked when I was getting off of work. He waited outside of my job for four hours until I got off. That’s when I knew God put him in my path for a reason. I’ve always known this was the man I wanted to marry. A year into us dating we had the biggest blessing of our lives, our son Matteo. On February 22nd 2020 he proposed to me at my baby shower. Fast forward a year later, here we are getting married. I guess you can say high school sweethearts is not just a fairytale.
