Hotel
Thank you to everyone who has booked! Unfortunately, the hotel is full for the weekend and has no more rooms available. There are plenty of hotels in the Downtown Omaha area that are lovely to stay at! An AirBnB is also an option. Please reach out to us if you need any assistance or have any questions. If you are staying at the Cambria Hotel, a few notes to keep in mind: 1. There is a pool and fitness center at the hotel. The fitness center is open 24/7 and the pool hours are 5:00am - 12:00pm. 2. Parking is complimentary for our group. Make sure you get a parking pass at check-in. 3. The hotel is locked at night and your key card is required for entry from 9:00pm - 6:00am. 4. Breakfast is Monday-Friday from 6:30am - 10:00am and Saturday-Sunday from 7:00am-10:00am. Dinner is 5:00pm-10:00pm Monday - Sunday. There are additional charges for meals at the hotel.
Shuttle

The Cambria Hotel offers shuttle service to and from The Garden Room, to and from the Airport, and to and from Downtown Omaha. Please call the front desk if you need to request a shuttle. The number to call is 402.218.1676. When you arrive for check-in, please ask for the business card of the shuttle driver which will provide you with the direct cell phone number for the shuttle driver. This will make requesting a shuttle a little quicker.
Travel Note
The Cambria Hotel is around the block from the Garden Room where the ceremony and reception will both be taking place.
Flight
If you are planning on flying in, we recommend flying in to Eppley Airfield, as it is the closest option to our hotel and venue. Please note that Eppley Airfield is currently under renovation. Allow for some buffer room with timing due to construction. A Cambria Hotel shuttle is available for travel to and from the airfield.
