Question

What to Wear?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal. For the men: suits, sport coats, slacks, button downs, and ties. For the women: gowns, fancy cocktail dresses, and dressy pantsuits. Our fall wedding ceremony and reception are indoors, and cocktail hour will be indoors/outdoors weather permitting. No need to worry about heels sinking into grass ladies! And don't forget to bring your dancing shoes, if that's what you need to be on the dance floor all night long!

What Time To Get There On Our Wedding Day?

Answer

The doors will be open for guests starting at 3:00. We will have a violinist playing pre-ceremony music and ask that all guests please arrive for the ceremony by 3:10. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30.

Unplugged Ceremony

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer so that all our guests can be fully present and in the moment with us during our ceremony. We ask that all guests put their phone on silent or off, and put all electronic devices away before our ceremony begins. Our officiant will remind everyone when it is time to do so!

Bar

Answer

Beer, wine, and champagne are on us! Mixed drinks will be available for purchase if you desire! Our bartenders will accept cards only, no cash even for tips.

Wheelchair Accessible

Answer

For any of our guests that have trouble going up stairs or who are in a wheelchair, our venue is wheelchair accessible and there is handicap parking. The only part of the day that is exclusively upstairs is the ceremony, and there is a chair lift that can be used to take you safely up to the ceremony space! Please do not hesitate to ask to use it, that is what it is there for and our Day of Coordinator Haley will be happy to accommodate you!

Uber/Lyft

Answer

Both hotels we have booked blocks at are close enough to our venue, Creekside Event Center, that our guests will have the easy option of using Uber/Lyft to get to and from our venue should they choose! Please drink responsibly!

Parking

Answer

The venue has a ton of parking all around the building so no worries there! There is even an overflow lot we likely will not use! There will be no parking attendants as we will not need them. No cars are allowed to be left at our venue overnight.

Virtual Ceremony

Answer

We will not be doing a live stream of the event. However if you are unable to attend in person and would like to see the ceremony, our videographer will be videotaping the entire ceremony and we would be happy to share that with you once we get the final video!
