Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code for the ceremony and reception is formal. We kindly ask that folks do not wear jeans or khakis. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking at the venue. Since the venue is attached to the hotel, you can leave your car there overnight.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotel is onsite! If you book your hotel room with Courtyard by Marriott Springfield, you won’t need to worry about transportation for all wedding related events. You can book under the Bustin/Muscato wedding block, found in the “hotel” tab on our website.

Are you registered? Where?

We are registered at a few places - all can be found under the “registry” tab on our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early, so we can get started on time (and to keep the bride and groom from stressing!)

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will (hopefully) be outdoors! If it rains, the ceremony will be moved inside. The cocktail hour and reception will both be inside.
